All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our research-only compounds and our strict quality-control standards, Peptide Research Labs Inc. cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has shipped. For safety and regulatory compliance, we are unable to restock or reuse any returned materials — this ensures the integrity and traceability of every compound distributed through our facility.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before processing begins. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@glp1researchlab.com and including:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Our quality team reviews every claim. If approved, a replacement — not a cash refund — may be issued at our sole discretion.
