4. Ordering and Payments

All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed before shipment.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All shipments are made FOB (Free on Board) our fulfillment location. Risk of loss transfers to you once goods are delivered to the carrier.

You are responsible for complying with all import, customs, and local laws governing product receipt.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of incorrect shipments or verified defective product.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence and lot numbers.

7. Product Disclaimer

All products are sold without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Peptide Research Lab Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from product misuse, handling, or reliance on this Site’s information.

11. Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

You and Peptide Research Lab Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products or services provided (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

a. Arbitration Details

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in Sheridan County, Wyoming (or virtually, if agreed).
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
No class or representative actions are permitted. You and the Company agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
This arbitration agreement shall survive termination of these Terms or your relationship with the Company.

b. Opt-Out Option

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to:

Your written notice must include your full name, address, and clear statement that you wish to opt out of binding arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provisions of these Terms.

c. Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Sheridan County, Wyoming, provided the claim meets the court’s jurisdictional limits.

d. Governing Law

This Agreement and all related Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptide Research Lab Inc. regarding use of this Site and supersede any prior communications or proposals, whether oral or written.
